Aspen Telepresence Concierge

Complimentary Concierge services include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting scheduling
  • Initiating participants’ connection with Eye Network, our bridging service. Eye Network helps us “bridge” all of the participants’ portals (another conference room, computer, phone, tablet, etc.) into the Aspen Telepresence room.
  • Meeting check-in
  • Equipment setup (preparing computers, tablets or smart phones for screen share)
  • Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and other hot beverages
  • Aspen Pure Bottled water
  • Meeting check-out and follow up invoicing
